I have known Anthony for a while, and we have worked together on many projects. Anthony founded a company called Intellego, and I helped him to complete all of the design needs, such as presentation and web design. We started from scratch and got it up and running smoothly. It was a pleasure to work with him.
Intellego is a catalyst that empowers organizations to execute their strategies with unprecedented efficiency and speed.

I understand the needs and expectations of users by using a user-centered design (UCD) approach to employees of various levels and departments, as well as organizational strategy. I identify the gaps between the two to develop solutions that address user challenges and opportunities, as well as support organizational strategy.

Strategy implementation is a critical process for organizations to achieve their goals. However, strategy implementation is often a serious challenge. These challenges can stem from both employee and organizational factors.
Employee-Side Challenges
Organizational-Side Challenges

The main challenges in strategy implementation are misalignment between people, processes, and technology, lack of employee engagement, and increased business risk.

Strategy implementation is a complex process that requires the commitment of all stakeholders. To achieve successful strategy implementation, organizations need to understand the challenges that exist and take steps to address them.
Here is where I and Anthony stand to create something new and beneficial to help organizations implement their strategies effectively and efficiently through Intellego.
This solution aims to create a viable MVP of Intellego, an integrated platform that empowers business and personal performance through the power of human collaboration and artificial intelligence.
The MVP solution combines the following key elements:

This integrated solution includes key features embedded in each application page:
Home Page:
Learning Page:
Discussion Page:
Activity Page:
Process Page:
To produce effective designs, I follow a comprehensive process that includes wireframing & flows, visual design, UI styleguides and design systems, illustration and iconography, high-fidelity UI design (mockups), and prototyping and interaction design.
When designing the MVP of Intellego, I faced the challenge of creating a user interface that was easy to use for people from all backgrounds. I overcame this challenge by using a user-centered approach and inclusive design techniques.

In conducting UX testing of the Intellego MVP, I found several design issues that needed to be addressed.
Discussion Page: Users found it difficult to save important discussion threads.
Activity Page: AI or ARI engagement was low.
To address these issues, I created multiple design concepts and conducted A/B testing to determine the best and most effective concept for users.

Discussion Page: To address the difficulty of saving discussion threads, I created a new tab on the discussion page called “Saved.” This tab allows users to save important discussion threads so they can access them again later.
Activity Page: To address low AI or ARI engagement, I improved the layout and design of the AI or ARI buttons to make them more attractive and easy to click. I also added animations and sounds to increase the visibility and interactivity of the AI or ARI buttons.
Testing Results
Comprehensive testing showed that the MVP design I created was effective in addressing the design issues found and also succeeded in achieving the goal of improving employee and business performance.
